1. Weekly chef's choice menu is posted on our website on Thursday 12PM every week for the menu of the week after.

2. Customers fill in this form to make an order at least 2 days in advance of any specified meal dates in the menu. Customers can choose to make one single order for the whole week or separate orders for any given meals/dates (at least 2 days in advance). 

3. Delivery will be made separately for individual meals to ensure quality and freshness, even if the orders are bundled. 

4. Lunch delivery is between 11.30 - 13.00 and Dinner delivery is between 17.00 - 18.30. You could make a note for your preferable delivery time within this range and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

5. Payment in full is required at the time of order request submission. Payment is via bank transfer to:

Your order will be canceled if the payment not received in our bank account within 2hrs from the time the order is received. You can always re-order and the same protocols apply. You could cancel your order at least 1 day in advance of your delivery time and we will make a refund within a week. 

6. Our menu, ingredients and recipes are fixed so we cannot accommodate any dietary request or allergy or vegetarian/vegan request. While we take steps to minimise the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consumer for people with specific allergies. 

7. Our delivery is free, however, we currently could only deliver to the following suburbs: Miramar, Maupuia, Strathmore Park, Karaka Bays, Seatoun, Breaker Bay, Moa Point, Kilbirnie, Rongotai, Lyall Bay, Hataitai.

If you are locating in other suburbs, please contact us directly and we will see if we could have delivery capacity to accommodate your request.
